The fashion magazine “editorial” where these photos appeared called van Geleuken’s underwear “briefs,” but other than #4-5, they look more like swimwear, considering the tie strings. The background of the last 2 images appears to show some sort of concrete industrial silos that have been converted into apartments or offices. In architectural style, the result makes “Brutalist” architecture look very stylish in comparison.

Two especially awesome and unusual photos! #1 shows an American bald eagle, the national bird and national animal of the U.S. It's on the front side of the Great Seal of the United States, which appears on the Presidential Flag, the flags and logos of various U.S. federal agencies, and certain official U.S. government documents, like treaties and the cover of U.S. passports. Once a common sight in Mexico, Canada, and the U.S., the bald eagle was nearly extinct by the 1950s because of the effects of the pesticide DDT, and, to a lesser extent, illegal killing. The eagle was placed on the U.S. endangered species list in 1967, and more importantly, DDT was banned in the U.S. and Canada highly restricted its use in the early 1970s. As a result of these measures, the bald eagle population has increased so significantly that it is now in the “Least Concerned” risk-level category. It’s still illegal to kill them, but limited licenses are issued to electricity-generation companies to cover accidental deaths caused by windmills. Keeping a bald eagle in captivity, like the one above, requires a special permit that’s issued only to facilities that have the necessary equipment and trained personnel. Such permits are only issued for eagles with injuries that prevent them from flying.
