From a Goggle Image search on the first photo, the photo was indeed identified as Alex Sewall

It's difficult to tell with his hat on, but #1 above and the "cowboy" 3rd from the right in the second row look like Alex Sewall.

I was rooting hard for it at the Oscars and I was floored when they announced it ( in a messy way) as the night's winner.
