A few reasons.  One is their thighs overpower what's between them, in size and grandeur.  Two can be their supplements have caused "shrinkage" or they are a real "grower".  Three can be that they are operating under 1950s orientations that "no sex" keeps their hormone levels high, but in modern times, we know that sex can do just the opposite.  Four can be that they are not using "squats" to build their major muscle groups in their legs.  Squats can be key in some fun activities!  Plus increase "T" levels.

Maybe it's a prejudice. I only report what I experienced live, at boarding school and in the military. They may come with standard size. In relation to the rest of their bodies, their cocks seem very small.
