I was going to answer this question last night, but ...

Yes! Yes! Yes! I would love to have this power because my procrastination is really annoying -- it seems to apply only to goals I set for myself. I never miss a deadline at work, and if a friend or family member asks me to do something I will move heaven and earth to meet their deadline. Hell, I even pay my rent early. But when it comes to meeting my own goals, I delay and delay and delay.
