I found this to be apposite; I have been calling different offices regarding my health care, and I am sick to death of hearing

The phrase "we will be with you shortly" means prepare for a long wait. Spent morning getting and changing appointments. Know exactly how exasperating it can be.

I have to laugh when I hear of people paying >$100/mo for cable TV. I have an aerial, get 45 channels, and can not find anything interesting on. PBS used to fund-raise for two or three weekends in March, June, September, and December, quitting just before Christmas. now they have fucking Suze Orman on all the time, and I have bought all my Britcoms, so I can watch any time I want! 😝🤢😝🤢😝
