survived heat wave

update to twitter layout

seems that damn near everyone is a'hatin' on twitter's new layout twitter gave no notice or option YOU VILL HAVE DIS NEW LAYOUT UNT YOU VILL LUVF IT!! had thought deleting cookies would solve it it kinda does   but if you shut down the browser or the window and return to twitter the horrible new layout returns   another work around that is less annoying than deleting all your cookies? (NOT to be confused with tossing your cookies)

hives and benadryl and insomnia

had discovered that a simple antihistamine would keep hives at bay first used a simple one from tylenol and it did make a little woozy - but hours later and the next day was hives free! YAY! the aloe vera cuts down the itchy/stinging but don't want the hives at all! in doing research - while diabetes CAN cause hives it is far from a top reason other than allergies or extreme heat or cold thyroid issues could be a source and that is more likely
