   Another famous Instagram influencer and fitness magazine cover model, the rugged Giancarlo Lodanto, finally made the decision in 2024 to agree to bare-all for PlaygirlPlus.  
    
   While the covers of the fitness magazines that he graced often featured a semi-nude woman as a way of enticing a male audience to see a few tease shots, in a sexy twist it is actually Giancarlo himself who is the main attraction this time around - and unlike the girls on the covers of the muscle magazines, his photo shoot anything but just a tease.  
    
   Leaving nothing to the imagination, the handsome model can be seen posing fully nude in a number of shots that - unlike a few PlaygirlPlus models who have refused to show everything - expose Giancarlo’s dick and balls in some fairly graphic shots.  
    
   In fact, in a PlayGirlPlus first, Giancarlo has the privilege of being in the record books as the first PGP model who has what can only be described as a “hole slip” - the image in question featuring Giancarlo spreading his legs wide and shifting back, just a bit too far, exposing a hairy and taught hole much to the surprise and delight of subscribers. That’s right - not only does the popular ig model pose full frontal, we also get to see the dude’s anus. It’s a good day to be a Giancarlo fan!  
    
   Hopefully this happy accident will become a norm in the future, and of course, Hope is still held out for the first PGP model, who agrees to pose with an erection within the feature. However, it should be noted that many of the past models have posed with erections for other photographers.
