2. COLT MEN - Classic and Vintage Photography

   Some of my favorite COLT photography with some great modeling amongst them all. I am always amazed at what I have not yet seen by COLT.  As such, I have included a few personal inductees; Lee, Ariel, Miguel and Nick too, Pietro, Bernardo, Giulio, and Cody too.  I hope they are attached.

3. VINTAGE beauty MAGIZNE edition

   Many of the scanned magazine pages, centerfolds, and other items that I have found online and in private collections were difficult to fully restore in high definition because of poorly printing in the 1970s and early 1980s and poorly scanned .

4. VINTAGE beauty COLT edition

   Jim French photography's golden age: I adore his work from the 1970s and early 1980s. His sexual and masculine portraits revolutionized the idea of erotic male photography. Most material are from scaned magazine's such as Honcho, Colt calendar etc. or  scaned photo's from internet

6. After Dark magazine*

   After Dark was an arts & entertainment magazine that was published from 1968 to 1983.  With a definite slant towards gay men (ya think?), it featured dance, art, fashion, movies, tv, stage, dining, travel, celebrities, Speedos, and the occasional male nude.
   Included are the sexy highlights plus some vintage camp/art/performing arts fun and info.  
   Much of dance photographer (and long time After Dark contributor) Kenn Duncan's work is on display here.  Same with the work of photographer/AD contributor Jack Mitchell.
   *Note:  If it does not say "After Dark" in the title, that photo may be SUPPLEMENTAL and may or may not have appeared in the magazine.  Some related pics have been added from other sources.

8. Filmco Studio Models

   A selection of Filmco Studio models, including some that need to be identified.
   " Filmco is a Los Angeles-based male erotic studio that specialized in photographs and films. The studio was founded by Hal Roth (born Rothenberg), who was born on August 12, 1946 in Pasadena, California. In his early years, Roth was a performer and photographer for Zenith Films, appearing under the pseudonym Scot Arden. It was during this time when Roth became friends with photographer Bob Mizer.
   Inspired by Mizer's work, Roth founded his own Halco Studios in Glendale. Through Halco, Roth sold black and white photo sets of models he photographed in his own apartment, as well as 8mm short films. Halco was eventually raided by the Los Angeles police, circa 1976, and ceased operating under the Halco name. By the mid-1970s, Roth moved his base of operations to Los Angeles and changed his company name to Filmco. The studio operated into the late-1990s, when Roth began collaborating with Bacchus Releasing to release some of his legacy materials. Source : Audio tape interviews with Hal Roth, ONE Archives.
