LOL, I wondered about that, too.  The builder and/or architect apparently intended the resident to close the window curtain; installing the curtain rod would’ve been cheaper than the opaque windows usually used in this situation!  The window curtain is sheer, though, to match the shower curtain.  That might provide adequate modesty the day, but possibly not at night, depending on the lighting in the bathroom.  This apartment appears to be high enough that no one could see any details, anyway, unless they were using binoculars or a telephoto lens, but what about the bathrooms on the lower floors?

No doubt many of us would like to have someone like him in our bathrooms with us.  Unfortunately, this one’s a PhotoShop job with the head of a young Alex Pettyfer attached to the body of perennial “Playgirl” favorite Derrick Davenport shown in the photo below.  It’s a very good fake, though, at least to my untrained eye.  The two photos are almost the same size, so it’s easier to compare them side-by-side.  Notice that Davenport’s hair and face are wet in the original, but Pettyfer’s aren’t in the fake.  Other than that, though, I don’t see any of the frequent tell-tale signs of a fake, like discoloration of the skin in the area where the two images were “grafted” together.  Pettyfer’s slight facial stubble may help in hiding that clue, in this case.
