um, what was today? I got up and before long had lunch and got to go to my really cute physical therapist. it's really worth the co-pay to spend a half hour with him. I'm wondering if we will achieve all my goals and objectives by 6th January 2023 or if he would recommend more therapy (yes, please). and I did a little light shopping to get some quiche for supper and finally am getting round to posting.
