chuckle for today: what do you get when you mix Irish stew with beans? answer: chili con blarney. actually, I like to talk about Irish stew, even if it were not Saint Patrick's Day. long ago, in a galaxy far away, I worked in an accounts payables unit with 27 women, whom I refer to as My 27 Wives - that's another story. anyway, our straw boss decided that, for a team building exercise, we should have a potluck lunch. I volunteered to make Irish Stew, and my 27 wives who were mainly black, Hispanic, and white trash, all recoiled, violently. finally, one ventured to ask what was in it, and I promptly replied, roadkill and dog turds. at least I enjoyed the joke.

I was contemplating how to choose a feature until I posted Paul van der Vort with his buns, which are indescribably delicious. hope you like my selections, although it is amusing (to me) that on Saint Patrick's Day, all of my models have Dutch names 🙂
