Saturday - 12th

sort of a blah day - had a secret shop for lunch; getting a bit tired of that routine. yesterday, I tried a new place for a pedicure, and found it did not advertise that it was exclusively for friendless women. each customer seemed to have four out-of-control kids, and I left on the third scream! came back here to work with my boys. today's feature is Hercules, er, I mean Kevin Sorbo, who has no end of admirers with fauxtoshop. the zip file for him, has some animated gifs which are interesting!

an exciting day, as days go - went out to lunch with two schoolmates and probably bored their husbands to tears with our reminisces. the food was good, and I got along to the hairport and picked up my passengers, so I also picked up a little pin money. to confound logic, I am NOT going to feature a blonde model, though light hair is in abundance. I am amused by the recent trend for binge-watching old sitcoms, wherein I can very nearly quote the next line in every situation. my preference is for British comedies which feature a drier and more convoluted humour, rather than predictable dialogue. all this to say that I noticed Gary Sandy in WKRP, and thought him the only valuable contribution to the show. the rest was too tedious for words. note

kind of a grey day, an excellent one for deferring all sorts of chores. so far I have been able to put off doing laundry, washing dishes, assembling my new TV.
