Profile: Man Arrested For Allegedly Having Sex With 15-Year-Old (January 2, 2008), TITUSVILLE, Fla. -- A Brevard County man is behind bars for allegedly having sex with a minor. Titusville police arrested 32-year-old Randy Schihl.  Schihl told police he met a 15-year-old girl on the Internet, through websites like MySpace and Yahoo Messenger.  The two met in public and he told police they engaged in sexual activity at least three times and told police he thought the girl was 19.  Police believe there may be more juvenile victims.  Schihl is charged with 13 counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a minor and computer pornography for solicitation for sex over the Internet. He is being held in the Brevard County jail on $140,000 bond.  Convicted in March 2008 and is now (2010) still incarcerated & registered as a sex offender.
