Profile: Clay Russell was known as "David Grant" when he was Playgirl's Man of the Month in February 1979.  His real name is Lindsey Grant, and in "real" life, he was a bartender in Los Angeles.  His porn career started around 1977, when he was featured in films by Joe Gage, notably El Paso Wrecking Corp. (1977) and later, Heatstroke (1982).  He was featured in Boys of Venice (1979) for William Higgins and he did a couple of loops for Nova, in which he played a "coach."  Later in his career, in the nineties he was featured in a number of uniform and leather videos.” (MaddCoww)
