A friend of mine was in Rome in the early 60s. She was lying by the hotel pool one day trying to put sun cream on her back when a man passing by offered to do it for her. It was Steve Reeves. She said he was the most beautiful man she'd ever seen and never quite got over the experience of having his hands all over her back!
