Comparing this photo to the one below, this one appears to be a “FauxtoShop” job.   Note especially the definite change in skin tone coloration starting at the tan line on his left side and continuing down his left thigh.  Skin discoloration is often one of the tell-tale signs of faked photos.  Similarly, note the skin discoloration starting just below the midpoint of his left forearm.  That part of the forearm is also missing the hair that’s present on the upper part of his forearm (and on his right forearm).

You're right @JackFTwist.  Also, the idea that he would be able to pose IDENTICALLLY for a nude and non-nude set of pics is impossible.
