4. Lou Zivkovich - Poseiden Rises!

   He fought the law - and won!  Supremely masculine, all 6'/4" and 216ibs of natural man, Mr. Zivkovich was initially terminated from employment as a gym school teacher for posing in Playgirl in 1975.  I never get tired of hearing that he challenged the school system in court, supported by the faculty and students of the school, triumphed!  While the judge, while noting that posing naked was probably not the best decisions, he didn't agree that it constituted just cause for termination.  Not sure if he did in fact return, but the story is that he became a performer who caught the eye of that force of nature known as Mae West, and became her very popular "friend".  I also never tire of viewing this pics from his Playgirl spread - a man's man who let his body's grooming handle itself!  ENJOY.

    "During the late seventies and early eighties, [Tim Kramer] made about a dozen feature-length films, including Big Summer Surprise , Style , Giants II , Gayracula , I Do , Tony's Initiation , Men of the Midway , Heroes , Trick Time , Sun Stroke , and New Zealand Undercovers . [...]. In the 1980s, Cooper made fewer and fewer films, and concentrated most of his time energy on a health food store in West Hollywood." 24. Filmco Studio Models

    A selection of Filmco Studio models, including some that need to be identified.
    " Filmco is a Los Angeles-based male erotic studio that specialized in photographs and films. The studio was founded by Hal Roth (born Rothenberg), who was born on August 12, 1946 in Pasadena, California. In his early years, Roth was a performer and photographer for Zenith Films, appearing under the pseudonym Scot Arden. It was during this time when Roth became friends with photographer Bob Mizer.
    Inspired by Mizer's work, Roth founded his own Halco Studios in Glendale. Through Halco, Roth sold black and white photo sets of models he photographed in his own apartment, as well as 8mm short films. Halco was eventually raided by the Los Angeles police, circa 1976, and ceased operating under the Halco name. By the mid-1970s, Roth moved his base of operations to Los Angeles and changed his company name to Filmco. The studio operated into the late-1990s, when Roth began collaborating with Bacchus Releasing to release some of his legacy materials.
