Maybe it's just me but I can't help thinking that the photos where the cock is erect or even "chubbing up" detract from the humanity of the individual. By sexualising the male they reduce the reach of his masculinity. "Readiness" to copulate, wank or even in some circumstances, compete while signicant elements of being male are limiting. The many photos where the penis is flaccid reinforce his natural state of being. More often than not they suggest the other attributes of men - musculature and physical attributes, talents and skills as well as the possibilities for intellectual pursuits and potential emotional responses - human characteristics. It maybe different for others but that's how they affected me.
