Maybe even too good to be true?  As #1 below shows, the image above is a fake, based on this David Vance photo of Leonardo Corredor.  Note the grayish skin coloration right above the fake’s bush and around his crotch.  Variations in skin tone that don’t match the surrounding skin are often a telltale sign that the photo has been doctored.  #2 is a slightly larger copy of the fake, and you may be able to see the discoloration more clearly.

BTW, Corredor was born in Arkansas, USA, but raised in Venezuela.  At age 18, he won the Mr. Handsome Venezuela, for obvious reasons.  He later moved back to the US to pursue a modeling career, and he has also become a successful photographer in his own right.
