This was the norm by the mid-90s, but before that, the legs of the shorts were farther above the knee. They made for great eye candy on the right guys. I still have a couple of pairs of them tucked away in my closet. In the 90s, I strongly resented having to buy longer shorts to keep up with the fashion du jour and not being able to wear my older, perfectly good shorts that I really liked. Alas now, when I'm not as fashion-conscious anymore, they're too small in the waist.🙄

And below-the-knees "shorts" are an oxymoron and an abomination, IMO.

Yeah...long shorts on hot boiz should be illegal and very tight short shorts mandatory. Like this pic Teddy posted....Daamn! 😉
