Some years ago, there was a greeting card with this photo on the cover.  The inside read, “Pardon me, m’am, but isn’t it about time you had a stable relationship?”  I’d certainly be happy in a stable relationship with this hunk!  But I’d settle for having “relations” for only a few hours … or days.

Oh, dear Lord, yes!  The combination of Walker’s ruggedly handsome face, imposing 6’6” (198 cm) height, massive and hairy 48-inch chest (which tapered to a slim 32-inch waist), muscular pecs and arms, and earnest baritone voice made him one of my top homoerotic heroes and fantasies during my pubescent years.  Fortunately, my parents loved his signature TV series, “Cheyenne” (1955-62), so it was mandatory viewing every week, even during summer reruns.  I lived for the episodes when he appeared shirtless, which most times would stimulate a session of self-pleasuring in the privacy of my bed coverings later that night.  To this day, if I happen to spot “The Night of the Grizzly,” his 1966 movie, on one of the retro-TV channels, I try to catch his one shirtless scene and still sigh longingly during it.  According to his filmography, he appeared in the 1956 movie classic “The Ten Commandments,” but I don’t remember recognizing him in that.  I guess I’ll have to watch it next Easter and look for him.  Thanks for the memories, Doug!

I also remember in those westerns the villain always wore a black shirt and/or a black hat. Remember Lee van Clief. (not sure if that is the right spelling I've been living in Holland for years - well that's my excuse!

He always played a villain and always got killed at the end.

@JackFTwist  I too got off looking at this hunk.  Was one of my favorite shows.  Like you Jack I turned in every week just hoping he would take off his shirt and display that hairy chest of his.  The Encore Western movie channel on Time Warner is currently showing episodes of the series.  Here are a couple of YouTube video clips with the fine hairy chest on prominent display.

Hmmm … a little morphing here, maybe?  The original young cowboy (photo #1) is cute enough as it is!  They not only pumped up his biceps and pecs, but they shortened his nose, too.  (These were on the same Pinterest board.)

Bodybuilder Nick Del Toro.

(It’s actually pretty unusual to work with hay while you’re shirtless.  Little bits of hay break off, stick to your skin, and itch like crazy!  The warmer the temperature, the worse the problem is.  Sometimes it even gets down in your jeans.  But I’d be happy to help Nick brush the hay off that hot body of his — and maybe help him out in some other ways, too.    )
