I'm thinking that the tell is the shadow on the ladder that remains in the blue-sky version for no reason. It makes sense as part of the boat, but not when it's been shopped out.

@jakester:  Good catch!  I see what you mean.  Errors in shadows are one of the common signs of photo manipulation -- appearing where they shouldn't be, as in this case, or the direction of the shadow not matching the direction of the lighting in the rest of the image, etc.  But still, both versions of the image are great, mainly because of Perry's presence.

I looked through all the models for both of those studios and no luck, but good guess. It's also difficult to match a face with one with big sunglasses on. Hopefully, more pictures of this stud will show up.
