Celebrate the Holidays

thanks, Kawika!! one of my sister`s has her Thanksgiving dinner the day before. i went to her house and helped with some of the food prep and made homemade bread with cheese into cheese buns. she made turkey, lamb, rabbit, polenta, mashed potatoes and gravy, asparagus, green beans, squash, garbanzo beans, and for dessert apple pie, pumpkin pie, and a bowl of mixed berries and there was vanilla ice cream for anyone that wanted some with whatever dessert they chose. 

after we had dinner, i went to the gym and got my workout in. today was shoulders and triceps.
