Alexa is dumber than Siri and Google Assistant

Loup Ventures has conducted its Digital Assistant IQ test, asking Google Assistant, Siri, and Alexa the same 800 questions each. Cortana and Bixby weren’t part of the research, which was conducted on Siri on iOS 12.4, Google Assistant on Pixel XL running Android 9 Pie, and Alexa via the iOS app.

The 800 questions were split in 5 categories (local, commerce, navigation, information, and commands), and the rating system was looking at both how well the query was understood by the assistant, as well as delivery of the correct response.
