I saw this a few weeks ago and just loved it. It was recommended as a rip off of Broke Mountain, and I hated that movie. But I decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad that I did. No spoilers so I won't review, simply highly recommend.

I really enjoyed this movie. Very natural, not over the top or too commercialised. Just told it like it is.

That is exactly what I think about this movie. It's one my favorite LGBT themed movies I've ever watched, and I really liked the dynamic between the two main characters as well.

And best part about it is that it's available on Netflix. Highly recommended. Not completely a sad ending like I fear most LGBTQ movies are.

I watched God's Own Country with my boyfriend too.  Sweet movie.  The barren countryside was a perfect backdrop for the tension
