Music from A to Z

I kinda like music...kinda a lot. I like sharing songs that are new to others and listening to songs I've never heard!

So I wanted to start an alphabet type music game that uses each letter of the alphabet...for the entire day!

For example, let's say we were on the letter "R" you could post a song about Racism..."Strange Fruit" by Billie Holiday would be a song that you could use.

Another example, for a day with the letter "G" you might post a song that featured Glam rock, such as "Ziggy Stardust" by David Bowie... or Girl groups, "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow" by The Shirelles. Or Grunge songs like "Teen Spirit" by Nirvana or a Garage band like "Like Stoned" by Bohemian Vendetta.

If the day was on "P" you could do Psychedelic band and post "Like Stoned" by Bohemian Vendetta again because the song and band fall under both categories!

The basic rule is that the song must be about something that starts with the letter of the day and you must include the category in your post.

It doesn't matter what song or category the previous person posted, you can post whatever you like as long as it's from the letter of the day.

It doesn't matter what time zone you are in...if it's midnight where you are, you can post a song using the next letter in the alphabet!
