is working with a lovely lady to help overhaul an organization's communications

to put it mildly - this organization essentially has NO functional communications

their emails are on several lists

and what results is spam because too many people get the same email upwards of 5 times a day

and the email is poorly written

the newsletter is like a bulletin board

 

the ceo of this organization hired this lady and told her

"you report directly to me"

so - enter this jackass - a VERY passive-aggressive misogynist

the jackass feels all communications must be through him -

that he is a tech guru -

that all scheduling must be approved by him

- that all various departments must report to him

 

the fact is - he is where departments go to die

because NOBODY can work with him

 

the lady had another meeting with the ceo

she reports "i told the ceo that so-and-so said i report to him"

the ceo said "no. you report to me"

 

so the lady reports to

"so-and-so feels that unless he is in charge of EVERYTHING that he will be fired

and if he is fired he will die"

 

response was

"so he will die"

 

one does not have to wonder what side of an issue stands
