an amusing day; I got an email from sunpass, saying they don't have my email. colt cornfused. wow. the boy friend's back, hey na, hey na, the boy friend's back. after almost three excruciating months of computer problems, I am back in action with an operable machine. the only wrinkle is getting a better monitor, however, that is a minor concern. rather dreadful start to the day; I was dreaming of going over to the parents' for dinner, which is a nonsense, as they are both dead and buried. later realized if I am to eat at all, I am going to have to cook it myself. green bean casserole, I think, and baked pork chops. have to get oriented to do that! in the mean time, I have boyz to consider - as usual, a terrible time choosing whom I would like for dessert. guess it will be Chase Hoyt - I can chase him around, then attack! hope you like m

mixed bag today - I got my wreath down and ready for hanging. not being European, I don't know if Saint Nicholas comes on the evening of the 5th or of the 6th, so I err on the side of caution and hang my wreath on the 5th. probably means nothing to anybody except me; the wreath is battery powered, and must contain a chip that turns it on at 6 pm and off at 12 pm, so I don't have to think about it again until Epiphany! that was TMI, wasn't it. my featured model for today is Jessie Pavelka. what to report? the housekeeper came today, and the whole house weighs about 12 lb or 5.44 kg less, due to her ministrations. on the debit side, I went to the dentist, and learned that I need 1 or 2 root canals. wunnerful! so I came back here to work on my collection, and give you a little lagniappe. gah - this is a pain!
