They genuinely loved each other but had to live apart and could never be together again. Damn, that movie hurt so much! I cried so hard. I felt like a fool, but I just couldn't stop.

The movie was important; it got people talking about same-sex relationships, and I don't think we'd have marriage rights today without it. Of course, in the interim, smaller groups (drag queens, transsexuals) have been demonized by the religious right, in their attempts to chip away at the positivity we've all gained over the years, it seems it's always two steps forward, one step back for all of us. But just the fact that there are actors and actresses, singers, and people in many other occupations who aren't being held back by their insistence on not living in a closet gives me much hope that the glass ceiling is being pushed much higher. It won't be smashed in our lifetimes, but unless another targeted pandemic is unleashed (in another attempt to demonize us), from someone's laboratory (like it did in the early 80s) I can only see acceptance and normalcy somewhere down the road.

I have my entire porn collection in a local Plex server to make it easy to watch on whatever device I want to in my home. When I first started my collection I didn't have enough films to warrant any sorting besides alphabetical order. Now that my collection has grown, I've started sorting them into collections. Plex has a feature called Smart Collections where you can set filters for new and existing files to be automatically added to the collection based on a lot of different factors. I make my collections based on text in the title, so whenever I download a new file I make sure its title is descriptive. Most of my collections are based around a particular porn star, and the rest are based on the production studio. I think my next step is to start adding tags or labels for the contents of the file, like solo, group, public, etc. and creating more smart collections like that. Whatever organization scheme you use, make sure you organize your files based on things that matter to you. You can adapt almost any file system to meet your needs. I hope this helps!
