Gym photos was taken in gym Big 1 Brno, Czech Republic Date of birth: 1988 Filip Jurka - Workout - Perfect Body http://www.getsixpack.infoyt.com The How to Guide For Six Pack Abs The truth is, for most people getting six pack abs is not an easy task because it requires dedication and motivation... but it is possible! Below is a general 2-step guide that, if followed religiously for 3 months, will improve your abs. MORE INFO http://www.getsixpack.infoyt.com Step 1: Nutrition This is the single most important part of the puzzle, hands down. You can have the most impressive set of abs, but if they're covered with a layer of fat, you won't see them! Break up your day with 5 or 6 mini-meals because this jump starts your metabolism. And stop eating the food that is preventing you from seeing your abs: -white bread -pasta -soda -candy -dessert -fast food -hydrogenated oils -sugars -fructose corn syrup MORE INFO http://www.getsixpack.infoyt.com Instead, eat the foods that will help you reach your six pack goal: -oatmeal -olive oil -whole grain breads -fruits -vegetables -nuts -eggs -natural peanut butter -chicken -fish -protein -green tea -water Be realistic - you'll slip here and there, but make a conscious effort to improve your eating habits. Without good nutrition, getting a true six pack will be impossible. MORE INFO http://www.getsixpack.infoyt.com Step 2: Exercise You need to focus on 3 different exercises: cardio, weightlifting and ab exercises. And aim to workout 4 times per week (definitely a minimum of 3 times per week). The cardio you do can be anything: walking, running, biking, swimming...whichever cardio you don't mind doing so you stick with it. The trick is to do the cardio in bursts because it will burn fat fast. For example, if you're running, walk for one minute and then sprint for 15 seconds and repeat 10 times. Perform this type of interval cardio 2 times per week. MORE INFO http://www.getsixpack.infoyt.com Lifting weights is important because 3 pounds of added muscle burns as many calories as a 1 mile jog...and this is while you're just sitting around! Aim for 30-45 minutes, 2 times per week. The last exercise you need to add to your workout are ab exercises. Aim to work your abs 3 times per week. There are a lot of different ab exercises you can do so try to find 3 or so that you enjoy doing and mix it up. Tip: mix up your workout routine every 2 weeks to keep your body guessing and improving. Add or take away different weightlifting or ab exercises, or at the very least, vary the weight and reps you do. MORE INFO http://www.getsixpack.infoyt.com Well, there you have it. Follow the above for 3 months, and while results will vary from person to person, you will see an improvement in your abs. And keep in mind that dedication and motivation will go a long way to helping you reach your goal of having six pack abs. Another routine that will help you get a ripped stomach and a lean physique is called the Truth About 6 Pack Abs. It's a best fitness program because it works and it over-delivers. 4. Jim Weir http://jimweir.tumblr.com/ http://www.facebook.com/jweir2116 =================== Vital statistics: Height: 6'0? Weight: 173lbs Hair: Brown Eyes: Green Waist: 31? Neck: 17? Chest: 42? =================== New AAG Model He was a skinny boy in high school, and is now an impressively ripped, up-and-coming fitness model. Jim Weir who comes from Dekalb, IL, is a college student looking to get his degree in occupational therapy. He enjoys working out and staying fit, and recently competed in his first bodybuilding show. However, he says bodybuilding is not really his passion and he prefers to stay on the leaner muscular side while pursuing opportunities in fitness and commercial modeling. In a comprehensive interview on AllAmericanGuys Jim explains his way and approach to fitness: "I definitely was not always a health buff. I was actually a skinny little boy in junior high. I believe I was a hundred pound skin and bones little shrimp in 7th grade. Also, my first job was at McDonald?s and I gained some unwanted weight after only two weeks of working there. Once I realized I was gaining weight, I ran three miles everyday until it was off. Then I got picked on a lot in high school, so my brother told me that I needed to start lifting for football so I could defend myself when I got picked on. My dad bought some weights and he started helping me lift in our basement. He measured my arms once every two weeks to see the progress! I didn?t take it seriously during my freshman year but then started getting really serious the year after and my strength and size skyrocketed. ================== Jim Weir is an up-and-coming male model from Dekalb, IL. He is currently finishing his Master?s in Clinical Exercise Psychology. The very first photographer who took Jim?s photos suggested that he post some of them on All American Guys and 48-hours later Jim was on his way to becoming an AAG model! All American Guys caught up with Jim to learn more about the model featured in the amazing images from photographer Michael Anthony Downs! AAG: Jim, tell us a few things about you. Anything. JIM: I was born in Orlando, Florida but I only lived there for a couple years, unfortunately, because my father got a job offer in Illinois. So we moved there to a very small farm town called Oregon. It?s where I lived most of my life. I went to school in Oregon until I graduated from high school and then moved to Dekalb, IL (another small town) for college. I am currently a senior here working towards a Master?s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I plan to go to grad school in the suburbs or possibly the city. I am a pretty chill guy and am up for anything really. I love to go out and have fun of course, try out new things, and just be spontaneous. I am also definitely committed to the world of fitness. It is one of my strongest passions?addictions! AAG: Have you always been a health buff? If so, how did you end up as one? JIM: Hahaha! Nope, I definitely was not always a health buff. AAG: Share with us your first time in the gym. How did it feel being surrounded by all the muscle guys and the big weights? JIM: Hmmm?my first time in an actual gym, well, I was nervous. I didn?t know how much other people were lifting. I was self-conscious about my body, but I had a couple close friends that I lifted with who helped me out and made me feel more secure. After that things got rolling and I realized I was stronger than most of the kids in the gym. AAG: Did you have people around you who inspired you to be active and stay fit? What were some of the things that kept you active and in shape? JIM: Yeah, I had my brother who was in great shape and I thought to myself that I want to be his size when I graduate high school. Plus I had football and wrestling at the beginning of high school and then pole vaulting and track the last two years of high school. Also, when I started getting serious about lifting, it became an addiction. I had to go to the gym?I just loved it. AAG: What were your initial goals when you started training? How did you accomplish them? JIM: At the beginning, I just wanted to be bigger and be able to protect myself and also be more secure about my body ? to simply look better. I believe I accomplished that to a certain point. My whole family was surprised and said I surpassed what they thought was possible with my size and especially my strength. More importantly, my brother couldn?t believe how big I was! However, I?m always trying to build a better body, I do think that I have a lot more room for improvement still. AAG: What can you advise someone who has never attempted to live a fit life but has the desire to begin a healthy lifestyle? JIM: I would suggest one of the biggest things is to clean up your diet. Make sure you are eating healthy food because that is so much of how your body looks. You have to eat healthy. Then just start going to the gym three days a week. Try out all the machines to see how they work for a few weeks. Then start getting a program of lifts put together. Do some research on simple ones and complex ones and mix it up. Be very careful with your form and when your body is getting used to it more. Then get to lifting and creating that dream body you have always wanted. But don?t strain yourself by lifting heavy at the beginning. Get your technique perfected first. ON MODELING AAG: How did you hear about All American Guys (AAG)? JIM: It was from my first photographer that took shots of me. He told me to put some of the photos on the site and see what would happen. After only two days I got a call from AAG on the way to my work! AAG: Have you tried modeling before AAG? If so, where? JIM: I have done a couple shoots with a few photographers and I did a book cover for a romance novel out this spring called While He Was Away. AAG: When did you take your first professional photos? And what did you think of them when they came out? JIM: I took my first photos with Alan Spiers, I believe about a year and a half ago. The photographer said they looked amazing and that brought my spirits up. Then I saw them and thought damn?I like these pics! Hahaha. AAG: Do you want to become a professional male fitness model? If yes, what steps are you taking to get there? JIM: I would love to become a big star model. I?m just blessed with what I have going on right now and I?m definitely along for the ride to see where this goes. And well I?m hoping that my being with AAG will get things rolling and I?ll get my face out there for more big things to com. AAG: Share with us your AAG experience. How was it working with Mike Downs and the crew? JIM: Being in Miami was definitely insane and I loved the experience. It was a whole new culture there. Working with Mike Downs was a very fun time. He has a spunky and chill attitude, which I like! He certainly gets you comfortable to work with. All the destinations of the shoot were diverse and pretty cool. I?m shooting with him again soon and I know it will be a great time all over again. AAG: A year from now, where will Jim Weir the male model be? JIM: I?m hoping to be traveling more for more modeling jobs, that?s for sure! Hahaha. I?ll still be in school so I?ll be in classes. I know that?s certain, but along with school, I?m hoping to make this [modeling] a good job as well. ========================== Jim, a warm welcome to Stunning Men and many thanks for taking the time to answer a few questions. Could we start off with talking a little about yourself and your background? You currently live in Dekalb, Illinois, but you were born in Florida, weren?t you? I was born in Orlando, Florida, I moved to Oregon, Illinois where I lived most of my life, went to school there until I graduated high school, then went to Dekalb, Illinois for college. You are majoring in exercise science then you will be doing a masters degree. What are you planning to do? I want to work as a rehab or exercise physiologist in a hospital or clinic. How did you start in fitness? Were you always into being healthy and active? Nah I used to eat whatever I wanted, and drank a lot of pop, but I needed to get in better shape, I used to be a skinny 100lb shrimp. You have a stunning physique. Beside the gym, do you practise any sports? Nothing really besides some backyard football, but I would love to try out more things. What is your best lift at the gym? I would have to say bench, I love my strength on bench. What?s your gym/training routine like? Monday - legs power day Tuesday - Upper body power day Wednesday - off day Thursday - legs hypertrophy Friday - chest and arms hypertrophy Saturday -back and shoulders hypertrophy Sunday - off day I just have a love for it, it?s my addiction, I use a pre workout to get myself even more psyched up for it, but it?s just the love. How do you fit bodybuilding and fitness into your life? Is it a difficult thing to achieve? It?s definitely difficult and takes a toll on your body and mind ... but it?s worth it in the end and it makes me happy, plus a lot of coffee (big laugh). How do you approach a challenge? In lifting it?s usually a 10 second thought process, I look at the weight I usually do and look at the new weight ... play eenie-meenie-miney-mo with my eyes and just say screw it, let?s do it (more laughter), I don?t want to regret not doing something in my life and later thinking ?what if I had tried that? so I?m always down to try something new, you only live once. What do you eat in a normal day? Chicken, turkey, some fish and beef. Brown rice, oatmeal, red and sweet potatoes. A lot of greens like spinach, broccoli and asparagus. Do you allow yourself a cheat day? If so, what is your guilty pleasure? Yeah about 1 - 2 days a week, I love pizza and chocolate (Jim laughs). How did you get into modelling? Is it something you always wanted to do? My aunt told me I should really try it out, and my first photographer thought I could definitely be a model. What do you enjoy the most about modelling? The travelling and new cities I get to experience, the people I meet and the cultures I experience. What advice would you give a new model? They won?t search you out, you have to put yourself out there and market yourself very well. What do you do in your down time? Mainly just chill with my buddies and party, I?m a huge nerd so I do like to play my video games and research and learn new topics in science, and I?m a huge movie guy. Do you have any role models? People who inspire you? Yes my brother, I love him to death and his philosophy in life, he also helped me get my mind incredibly strong, I also wanted to get my body like his, he says that I have surpassed him (big laugh). Also Greg Plitt, I want to possibly be somewhat as successful as him. Tell us about Tyler Durden ... are you a fan of this character? (Jim laughs) He is actually one of my favourite characters, I love his not giving a shit attitude and to just let go and live life, have fun. Now a few quick fun questions if we may? Do you think you are a good date? (More laughter) I would hope so, I?m a gentleman and I?m a fun guy to be around, I hate the awkward silent moments. Are you a brief man or a boxer kinda guy? Boxer briefs ... right in the middle What do you listen to on your iPod? Rock, dubstep, rap, Disturbed, mudvayne, breaking Benjamin, skrillex, Swedish house mafia, Eminem, JayZ, Kanye ... mainly todays hits What kind of movies do you like? Action like the dark knight, intelligent movies that really make you think and pay attention, and comedies. What three words describe you best? (After a laugh and an ?umm well?) ... fun, honest, risk taker. One last question Jim, where do you see yourself and what would you like to be doing in 10 years time? In my career, living close to the city, married, a big time model ... I hope. You certainly have what it takes! Jim, it has been a pleasure to interview you! Thank you for your time and for being a good sport. All the best for the future! Thank you no problem at all, have a great day!

He has earned the rank of Professional Natural Bodybuilder and is on his way to a Ph.D after achieving his Masters degree in Kinesiology. As the Founder of the REAL organization, Jason?s efforts continue to benefit our sport. (www.REALWorldTour.com and www.TheREALSpot.org) Blake Selby: Jason, welcome to Jacked Without Juice! Could you give our viewers a little background on yourself and how you got into Bodybuilding? Jason Powell: Blake, it was really an accident. I was rehabbing my back after an injury and discovering I couldn?t fight any longer. During the rehab, I stopped dieting (playing that weight class game) which actually took me out of a minor starvation diet of MANY years. When I started working with the lighter weights in the rehab, I got pumped and started growing! Soon after getting medically cleared, I started working in the gym with a CRAZY idea that I would prove to the world that one could make it to the IFBB stage without drugs. I applied all my education and knowledge to build the most perfect physique that I could, with my motto: ?A lifetime of sacrifice, dedication and eliminating every excuse, that?s what it takes?. Blake: As I am closing in on my B.S. in Exercise Physiology I realize just how much work goes into higher education. What made you decide to take your education so far, how has it helped you in Bodybuilding (and vice versa), and what do you plan on doing with your Ph.D? Jason: No one in my family had completed their doctorate, so I felt I would be the first! I was one of the lucky one?s to have completed my undergrad VERY young and finish my grad work before I really knew what the ?outside? would was like. The degrees haven?t really helped a lot. The science can actually be a hindrance at times, making one heavily over-think training and nutrition. My education was helpful in that it offered me the knowledge to avoid the gimmicks, fads and myths of bodybuilding. I was able to avoid the typical overtraining phases most athletes go through in the first year or so of their training. Blake: What does a typical day consist of for you? (training, work, ect.) Jason: Wow, I start my day at about 3:30 am, eat breakfast, answer a few emails and head off to the gym to start with clients at 5am. I get to work out for myself from 8 to 10 am each day (change, cardio, weights, change and eat). I typically finish with clients at about 7pm. My ?breaks? are spent answering emails, phone calls and further promoting and developing REAL. Anything I get in free time from there is spent with my sons and Kai, my fianc?. Blake: Wow you sound really busy! You mentioned on Natural Bodybuilding Radio that you have a very successful personal training business. There are plenty of pro-bodybuilders who have trouble making money in the PT business. What do you think has led to your success as a trainer and made you stand out? Jason: I actually live what I preach and have a ?marketable? image. The PT business is first based on looks, then reputation which is built over years of quality results from a wide variety of clients. I also DO NOT sell my services. I have the thought that I am here to help fill the ?gaps? of my clients? programs. I don?t want to BE their program. I do my best to educate my clients in the process of training them. It also helps that I have seen the world and lived in so many different cultures. This helps me be more in tune with my clients and stay clear of the stigma of being a ?Meat-head?. I am sure it helps that I am well educated, but the truth is that I think my image is the first sell?it?s a truth of the industry. Blake: Has your lifestyle/job influenced your Bodybuilding diet? Jason: No, I have been on the frequent meals and such my entire life, seriously! This type of diet is actually my norm. So, it isn?t tough for me to stay on it, or more importantly, to be able to help guide others on ways to make it fit their lifestyle. We ALL can be on this type of diet as it?s about the healthiest nutritional plan out there. Blake: What caused you to avoid steroids and pursue a career in Natural bodybuilding instead? Jason: I have never had alcohol, never smoked, and never had drugs (recreational or AAS). I have always treated my body as a temple and have been focused on keeping my body as tuned a machine as possible. I have never understood why athletes are interested in drugs. It seems to me that those athletes are choosing to see what they ?can?t? do themselves, but rather how they can ?cheat? genetics and natural ability to gain something they do not deserve. I know that?s a rough statement, but to parallel it, it would be tough for a 4?6? man to play in the NBA, he simply wasn?t designed for it. So, we are not ALL designed to be bodybuilders, no matter how much we want to be, it takes genetics on top of everything else to be a bodybuilder. Blake: If you had to pick a favorite Natural Bodybuilder other than yourself, who would it be and why? Jason: It WAS Stan McQuay and Skip Lacour, before they changed their philosophy on drug use, if that is safe to write. Dave Goodin has done TONS for the sport as well, but jumping over to the NPC made me raise a brow. I LOVE what he has done, but the NPC is known for those untested shows and athletes. Since Kai and I have founded REAL, we have taken a pretty firm stance against untested events and those who support them. Blake: It?s nice to see someone take a bold stance on the issue. I think many are afraid of political (believe it or not we?ve got politics) ramifications. What do you consider your best Bodybuilding Contest Victory? Jason: I have to say two events, neither of which I won, but they were the greatest victory, here?s the run-down: First, the 2007 Universe in Miami with Musclemania. I had the best overall condition, fullness, presentation and confidence at that event. Writing candidly, there is a LOT of politics in the Musclemania and Fitness Universe circuit at that level. I placed 4th behind competitors that have tested positive at other events in the past. Second was the 2008 FAME World Championships where I placed 2nd. I actually surpassed all I did at the above contest, again, the ?victory? here was what I was able to do with my body, what I was able to overcome due to external stresses during the entire prep. The other ?victory? here was my eyes were opened WIDE to level of politics yet again. It?s hard to explain, but the winner had just finished promoting an event that broke all the records for FAME, it was his last contest and sort of a farewell victory for him. He looked great, but had the look of most likely 3rd place. Blake: Good old politics. Well you looked your best so that?s what counts. Do you prefer ?power? type training, traditional bodybuilding training, or PowerBuilding type training as Layne Norton calls it? Jason: My method is pretty long in description, but in short, I like to periodize from workout to workout. To try to sum it up: I rotate workouts between Heavy (6-8 reps), Moderate (12-15reps), Volume (20 plus reps) and Drop Sets. Every workout is different and each day does not match the ?style? from the day before. For example, I may work heavy legs on day 1, and then volume arms on day 2, then moderate back on day 3 and so on. I have found this style of periodization to keep me in shape, harder, more mature looking, and allowing for both greater stimulation and recovery. The athletes I have on this have all experienced the same thing. I took what I learned from Dr. Steven Fleck, my own education and practical knowledge, slammed it all together and came up with this style. Blake: Since you have been sponsored by Optimum Nutrition and featured in their many advertising campaigns, do you find it easier to be a Bodybuilder due to the perks, or is it a lot more work having to represent a supplement company? Jason: Representing Optimum Nutrition and ABB is easy, I have used their products since the mid 90?s and love it! I really do what I would be doing anyways on the social sites and such, I just add the ON/ABB component, do demos (FUN) and get to go to some of the bigger events like the Arnold and such. Being with them has allowed me to reach more people and inspire them to be and stay natural?that?s the goal! Blake: Could you tell us a little bit about the FAME organization, how you became involved with it, and where you see it headed in the future? Jason: Atually, Kai and I had a falling out with them. They acted consistently with their reputation of the past and failed in several areas of our legal agreement, so we dissolved that relationship. Since, we formed REAL World Tour and The REAL Spot (our social network). REAL will soon be the leader in natural events, representation and be the only true legitimate stage for natural athletes, we have a streamlined format and have added two unique areas of competition to increase our separation from the pack. The REAL Deal Challenge, combing an obstacle course of sorts to showcase our athletes abilities as well as having them have incredible physiques. We have the REAL transformation Challenge where members will create specific profiles, blog and post their story and transformation over a 12 week period, our community will vote on them along with our board and the finalists will be brought on stage at a culminating event for the finals. Beyond the above, we have several areas of checks and balances to ensure fair, unbiased judging, testing, promotions and more. This is a NO JOKE company and is not run as many of the smaller organizations out there. We take great pride in being a professional establishment. The future will be REAL. REAL will be global within two years and we will be aggressively promoting our format, athletes and more. We are 100% about out athletes and supporters, NOT about filling our pockets. Blake: Well I hope to see more of that in Natural Bodybuilding for sure. So what are your future plans in Natural Bodybuilding and the Industry? Jason: I will continue modeling and being an advocate for natural athletes. With REAL, we will continue to develop legitimate stages and platforms for natural athletes of all kinds?changing the industry as a whole through live events, educational camps, promotions and representing athletes and even community outreach. All spreading the way of being clean, natural and drug-free. Blake: Well thank you so much for being on JackedWithoutJuice today and is there anyone you would like to thank? Sponsors? Jason: As always, Optimum Nutrition..for everything and most recently being the image for the newest and greatest protein to ever hit the market, Platimun Hydrowhey. My better half, Kai, she gets to see ALL the good and bad! Joe Lobell with MostMusclular.com, he is a primary reason I am in this industry and he?s kept me focused over the years. And some other folks that have helped along the way, EAS, Mike Sanservo (North American Bodies), Irvin Gelb, Paul Olson (major supporter) and so many more.

  9. Jamie Dominic Monas is an American model and a musician. This stunning guy is from Boston, Massachusetts but is originally from Nashua, New Hampshire where he was born in 1986. He now divides his time between New England and NYC. He has a unique look underlined by his ice cool blue eyes. Jamie has also an amazing physique and in my opinion he is the perfect combination of beefy and boyish! Jamie has worked with some of the best photographers around, including Rick Day, Tony Duran, Alek & Steph, CS Photography. Dominic has been singing from an early age, but his life as a model is what got him the attention. After signing with Silver Model Management in New York, he quickly landed several modelling jobs including a campaign for Undergear brand. Dominic?s first shoot was in 2008 with photographers Steven Gomillion and Dennis Leupold where he went blond for the photoshoot. He also became a favorite of established photographer Rick Day. His photoshoot with Rick Day is as close as porn as possible without revealing the goods! But it leaves little to the imagination as regards to big a big boy Jamie really is! In 2009, Dominic moved to New York to focus solely on writing songs including Yesterday Never Forgets, Three Word Confession and One of a Kind, just to name a few. Dominic has often cited artists like Kurt Cobain (Nirvana), Brandon Byod, Mike Patton, Daryl Palumbo (Glassjaw), John Legend as his influences. He says his goal is not to look for a ?record deal? or write ?hits?. Jamie wrote in his myspace profile:?I write and play the music that I love with my best of friends. I am just an honest musician out of Nashua New Hampshire. If I make it big awesome. If I don?t that?s awesome too. My main goal is to touch the hearts of a lot of people along whatever path I take? 10. Hot male model Jon Forrester is a 24-year-old hunk from Texas who has been part of the All American Guys database of the most gorgeous American hunks. Those underwear shots are just some of the hottest ones I have seen on the web and Jon really shows us how to wear one ourselves. Jon is a freelance fitness model and personal trainer from Dallas, Texas. When he contacted NorthAmericanBodies.com about becoming a model on the site, we were very excited to oblige. We shot Jon on location in Dallas, and he was definitely extremely well-conditioned, lean with good muscle definition and rock hard abs. Jon has appeared on television, including on the show "Friday Night Lights" and ion a Speed Zone commercial. He is very interested in pursuing further opportunities in fitness modeling, and we are very pleased to be able to add Jon to the roster of top fitness models and bodybuilders at NorthAmericanBodies.com!

Now for those of you who's been unbroken by reality TV, thus having not even the slightest iota as to who this incredibly-wonderful man is, Jack Mackenroth competed in the fourth season of American reality show Project Runway. Jack was the first openly HIV-positive contestant in the show's history and had abruptly withdraw from the show due to a serious MRSA staph infection completely unrelated to his HIV. This 41 years old stud has been very open about his positive HIV status and like many others, still fighting the stigma of HIV by living honestly and being a role model through professional and athletic achievements...qu'est-ce qu'un homme! 16. Jakub Stefano (Real name Jakub Bandoch) | Male Model Born 23rd March 1985 | In Brno, Moravia, Czech Republic | Height: 1.83m (6'0") Image ? Dylan Rosser Under the alias of Dominique Bouquet, Jakub first surfaced as a fresh faced young model for Bel Ami. While there, he made the obligatory "solo" video and appeared in several suggestive photo shoots. Although Jakub didn't follow the usual path into Bel Ami's more pornographic content. In his pursuit to become a sports journalist, he concentrated on his academic side. Through bodybuilding contests and beauty pageants, Jakub ventured more into the mainstream world of modelling. He has since been photographed by, among others, Dylan Rosser and Bradford Rogne. Although, curiously, Jakub still regularly appears on pay-per-view adult cam sites. What drives him there? Does he crave attention? Or is Jakub simply an exhibitionist? Whatever the reason, it doesn't take away from the fact that he's perfection personified. Enjoy! http://www.flirt4free.com/photos/guys/stefano/
