Apparently, some countries celebrate Pride Month in July instead of June. #1: From Vienna, Austria. #2: on July 2, 2018, the Rainbow flag flew next to the Union Jack on the iconic London Bridge for the first time, marking the beginning of London’s Pride Week. (Just below and to the left of the bridge is the historic and iconic Tower of London, one of the city’s major tourist attractions.)

Iago Botelho is a Brazilian model born on November 12th, 1996. Despite his young age, he has already made strides in the modeling business because of his ambition and determination. It all started when he was 15 years old and required a surgery that made him lose 40 kilograms of bodyweight. He was incredibly skinny after that surgery and so he started to gain weight by hitting the gym and bulking up. After four years of hardcore training in the gym, he felt confident enough that he started looking for agencies to represent him as a model in Brazil. The first modeling agency he had worked with was 40 Graus Models. Soon after that, he got affiliated with Heroes Model Management, which is a modeling agency based in New York. With them, he has gone on to do many gigs and he managed to gather a huge online following in the process. His social media presence is undeniable when you take a quick glance at his Instagram account which has over 174k followers as of this being written, and it seems that it’s only going on an upward trajectory. He’s a Scorpio, so sometimes he can be hard to deal with, but he can be really fun to hand out with. Iago Botelho worked with many great photographers including Harol Baez and Gabriel Rey. While he might seem like a pretty extroverted guy, he likes to take time off from the hustle and bustle of the city and go to the beach or to nature in order to relax. This also explains why he’s such a big fan of running. Running allows him to traverse the natural landscapes and enjoy himself in the process while listening to his favorite music. For him, it’s an essential experience that allows him to push even harder towards his goal after he has recharged his batteries. As previously stated, he has been hitting the gym hard since he was 15 and he tries new workouts every single day. He makes this possible by including cardio days where he rests his muscles, but the rest is just his genetics at work. He loves the sport of Muay Thai, which is a version of kickboxing. He thinks that this is the secret of success when it comes to getting six-pack abs. He says that controlling the mind is the most important thing when achieving personal goals. He is a big fan of the keto diet as he avoids pretty much all sugars and carbs whenever he has the chance to. However, he’s not so extreme that he would go as far as a zero-carb diet. This can be seen after his workouts when he eats a nice salad with chicken and his favorite protein shake on the side. He also does a lot for his body in terms of care. Moisturizer and chapsitcks are something he couldn’t do without.
