@derblaue52: In addition to several identifications of this model as Calvani (including a link to your post), search results from both Google and Yandex Images also identify this image as either straight-porn performers Maximo Garcia or Jorge Navarro, who look very similar to each other in some images.  The huge cock is consistent with either one, but Garcia appears to be more muscular in most images.

The image below shows the same model identified as Garcia in what might be the same location.  The bulge in his briefs is definitely consistent with the cock in your image.

Calvani's bulge is pretty impressive in some of his images in briefs, too, but I'm not sure it's this big.  Although I initially thought this image was Calvani, too, after looking at the following album of his images, I'm inclined to think he's more classically handsome and less rugged-looking than this stud.
