I love everything about this photo.  The highly suggestive pose, the lighting, the pants pulled down his but you don't see anything.  It's a gorgeous photo with a beautiful guy.

If he’s trying to cool himself off, he might start by opening the window (note the lower window sash is closed) and not sitting directly in the sunlight!
