I'm pretty sure that the model in images Foldout-029 and Foldout-030-031 is COLT Studio's Nino Scappa a.k.a. 'Jeff'. There are some presumably non-COLT (and maybe later) shots of 'Nino' around the 'net where he's sporting a mustache & sideburns - and sometimes even a beard. If you're keeping score on porn aliases, he also appears as 'John Atlas' in 'TAKE OFF' magazine from
Griffin International, c. 1979. Check the attached photo with the Foldout images and you can see it's the same sexy-as-all-get-out guy complete with (very) full pubes, 😍 a tanline to envy and the cross necklace found in many of his images.
