Cut. I am just not a fan of uncut ones and I know it's not painful but foreskin seems so painful when it's pulled back. Once I saw a guy pull it and I honestly gagged.

Pulling it back it's not painful at all. On the other hand, cuting it out... I get quite nervous when a knife gets close to my little fella
