Ivan Gudkov (born in Rostov-on-Don, Russia) is a model currently living in Moscow, Russia.

Modeling career

Gudkov signed a contract with Two management company in Los Angeles during his teenage days, but he is also working for various modeling agencies around the world. His career started when he was 18, doing fashion shoots for a sports underwear brand while he was competing as a swimmer. That's when he met his current agent Mark and started to work on his body.

Training and nutrition

His workout routines include focusing on different parts of his body every day, but claims he has no specific training plan. While starting his career as a professional model, he needed to lose 15 kg, sizing down from 52 to 48 with being size 46, which is considered ideal for the models.

Social networks

Gudkov had an Instagram profile, but it's been deleted or parked. He is not active on Facebook, Twitter, or any other social network platform at the moment. In his interview, he criticized modern society because of its obsession with smartphones and tablets, which might be the reason why he doesn't use social networks. However, he admits that digital technologies benefited his career and that he is passionate about using them. His advice to have a perfect body is to eat vegetables, meat, and steam-cooked poultry, combining it with daily exercises, which includes a gym and running. He also sleeps at least 8 hours.

Personal life

Gadkov has no tattoos but is a fan of piercings, having them in both his nipples. He calls himself an early bird, usually getting up at 7 a.m. He is passionate about cooking, and his favorite place in the world is Paris. He prefers casual style, which includes jeans. He’s definitely got an impressive set of lats that gives him the classic “V” shape. They’re visible in any photo where he holds his arms held significantly away from his torso. I love that look, too.
