Who is Jerrad

Jerrad Swodeck is a male model from a small town in Iowa, USA. Growing up in a small town never made him imagine he would become famous for his modeling. He joined the military at the age of 18, and after that, he didn’t have any ideas of what he wanted to do. He just felt he needed to leave the town and start something new. He didn’t have much support in his young age, so he had to fight life alone. He was a nerdy kid with not so many friends, so he naturally wanted to leave that life as he wanted more. He moved to New York and he lives there now. Modeling gave him the opportunity to travel and see the world. But he always remembers where he came from and how much he has progressed.

What he does

Jerrad is not just a model, but a fitness instructor and a personal trainer as well. He wanted to transform his body when he was younger, as he was unsatisfied with his looks. He started going to the gym and he fell in love with fitness. This brunette has a toned, but muscular body with a great set of abs. Today, he is the creator of JVS Fitness, a company that gathers the best instructors and studios for different activities. From pilates and yoga to Zumba. It offers group, semi-private and private classes for different needs. His main goal is to inspire and help others find the motivation to enrich their lives. A healthy life is very important to him, so he tries to promote it in any way he can. Jerrad is a true example of how anything can be achieved with enough will and determination. He builds a nice life for himself and he doesn’t plan on stopping.
