Casey Christopher is a male model from Florida, United States. He is 31 years old and he is a man of many talents. He was always interested in cosmetics and styling, so he took courses and he is now a hairstylist as well, and a very successful one. His diet

With his current diet he eats 8 oz of protein every two hours, with varying carbs and vegetables. The vitamins and supplements he takes every day include fish oil, Dz, B12, vitamin C, CLA, and a men’s multivitamin. He drinks Isomorph Protein by APS Nutrition and a lot of water.

Motivation and advice

All of Casey’s motivation comes from inside him. He is working to become the best possible version of himself, and he is constantly looking for progress. He has dreams and goals that he wants to achieve in the future and knows that the only way to do that is by giving his best every day. To all the others who want to become successful in modeling and having a perfect body shape, he advises to see that as a commitment to themselves, and not as an interest or a hobby, because that is the only way they can pass the limit of inconvenience and achieve respectful results.
