green mojo sauce: 1 large bunch cilantro, leaves and tender stems only. 4 large cloves garlic, peeled. 2 limes, juiced. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 1 jalapeno, stemmed. 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar. 1/2 cup olive oil. Kosher salt, to taste. although i have never tried it, it sounds yummy.
