par Boil them then fry in onions-bacon.

i used to do that too, then i heard that friends of one of my sister`s just friend them. i tried it and now i don`t par boiling them anymore!! 

i fry the bacon first, then i fry the perogies with onions, i reserve about 1/2 the bacon fat for a second batch as i usually cooked a whole bag of perogies for a meal. back then i was cooking for 10 people, and they all loved perogies.
