Sometimes in our daily lives, we encounter times when sometimes we read too much into certain things.  "sexual tension" can easily be one of them.  WE might perceive something to be there, but it takes "two to tango" and if the other person isn't "dancing", nothing's really there, so "no tension".  Still, we might be excited about the possibilities.  So much for dreams and phantasies.

(Why is it that whenever anybody sees two males eagerly embracing, they automatically presume there is something "sexual" involved?  Especially IF it's two noted athletes, with the cameras rolling!)  Both of these guys are celebrating their outstanding performances at the swim meet.  No sultry looks or body language.  I suspect that having been competitors and sharing the same locker room and showers, they KNOW what each other looks like nekkid already.  In this deal, "body language" tells the tale.

Fair enough, and clearly a valid explanation of the picture.  I was just making a joke, though, not suggesting anything untoward about the two guys elated about a victory or a great performance.  Anyway, Tom does not appear much concerned about appearances.  I was delighted when he spent his time between events during his last Olympics knitting!
