There is some really intriguing stuff in this issue. First, "The Outlaws" pictorials just blew me away! I wish there were more photos of those dudes! Actually, I think at least one of them (Ted) is featured in one of the Blueboy special issues "Blueboy's Ten Best Men," which is even advertised in this issue. You can find it here on AdonisMale: Then the art by George Stavrinos which is presented alongside the fiction by Paul Monette "Gold Diggers." Is today's AI equivalent to Bob Mizer putting his models in ridiculous costumes in front of unlikely backdrops? What's the difference? To me, there's a world of difference. Few among his audience had seen anything like it and it was titillating = just ask any man of a certain age, and that will be verified. It's bad enough that the gym rat body of today looks so impossible to achieve in the first place,for many of us, so that we now have to artificially airbrush away every blemish and human imperfection and call it an improvement or let a computer do the job by building a program to fake perfection. But I don't see legions of men picking AI images over the real deal any time soon. What AI does is take away our humanity, and for me, once that is gone, so is sexual attraction. Imperfection and nuance is sexy. The work of the classic physique photographers which were at one time derided are today recognized as part of the culture of queerness, and admired for their creativity. I can't imagine that will happen in this experimental stage of AI - it doesn't rise to any form of art, because it is stoic and non-human, IMHO.

"Boys A Nudo" right away lets me know that this is mostly not for me. I tend to like 'em older, beefier and hairier than this, but I see some nice cocks. Also what I really like about this is that the photography reminds me very much of some of the physique photography of the 1960s and 1970s. For example, the one below. It's clear the photographer (Nigel Hatton, I presume as named on the cover) was going for a similar vibe. It seems very unusual considering that this was published in the 1990s. This definitely is a pleasant surprise, as I am completely unfamiliar with the magazine. If only the men were a little more muscley. But hey, you can't always have exactly what you want! Oddly, I am not familiar with the cover man or most of the other men in this mag, but the preview of "Hot Pursuit" with the amazing Aiden Shaw brings back memories! So many great pictorials of big-dicked men from 1988! Stand-outs for me: Julian Sands, Steve Henson in a gorgeous layout starting on pg14, Jeff Vickers (aka Jon Vincent), and Vinnie Marino. The video previews are good: "Bi and Beyond" not really for me, but the "Uncontrollable Obsession" preview has a few photos of hairy Chad Johnson! So many hot men, but I think the Steve Henson pictorial is my favorite. And I'm not really that big a fan of his. I just think he looks really good in it. Thanks @maleart
