Early Days Josh Watson is a British fitness model and powerlifter. He was born in London and he lives there to this very day. While he is known as Josh, his full name is actually Joshua. When he was just a kid, Josh was a huge fan of the sport Judo. He was infatuated with martial arts and combat sports in general. He decided to pursue the sport at the young age of 9. He has received so many trophies and first place finishes such as the MP Pro Champion in the 75kg+ fitness division in 2017. Then he also got the Devons Strongest Man accomplishment that same year. He even holds a record in British powerlifting, and he still holds it to this very day. Needless to say, all of this activity in the field has garnered him a lot of fame not only in sport circles, but outside that as well. He started getting so many fans that he thought about starting several social media accounts which he did. He shows off his workout routines as well as some more revealing photos on his social media pages. Other than powerlifting, he was also involved in many weightlifting and bodybuilding competitions as well. He loved all facets of the gym and he could never make up his mind as to what he wanted to pursue next. He doesn't really have any kind of workout plan, and instead he likes to do what his body says it needs at the moment. However, one thing that remain the same throughout his workouts is high intensity. He likes switching between exercises in rapid succession, only taking rest once every few exercises. His nutrition is also centered around healthy fats and high-protein, with slow carbs for a big yet shredded effect. Social Media Since he is such an outgoing and fun person, it's no wonder that Josh Watson managed to get so many followers. He has always been consistent and dedicated with everything he does, and so it's not surprising to see him succeed in this field too.
