In addition to my pt and lifestyle company I also run two others. The second company I run is s.m.a (southend martial arts). I started this company after going into early retirement from competing. I am a three time world silver medallist in karate/kickboxing I also was the undisputed British champion of the bnma (British national martial arts association) The third business I run is a limited company called martial healing. The company is based in Essex working with schools and the community providing services for health, fitness, behaviour management, NVQ education and dis-affected and disabled children. Apart from being a big worker I also have a big heart and love and care for genuine people I know deserve it.
