#1 below is probably by Tom Saint Clair.  Although I'm always skeptical of images that don't show the model's face, the body in #2-3 is either Čiháček or a perfect body double.  Also, other features in those photos match selfies of him in his apartment that do show his face, so these images appear to be legit.

Responding to a question about his sexuality during an interview in issue 6 of Yummyzine, Cihacek clearly stated that he's gay.  I've read that excerpt somewhere online, but I can't find it now.🤬   The second paragraph of this short article mentions that he plays for a gay volleyball team.  That certainly isn't conclusive, but it's consistent:

Joan Crisol is the photographer.  Numerous other images from this photo shoot are posted on earlier pages of this topic.  A reverse-image search in Google or Yandex Images will turn up others.
