    Studio Jenkins - Greg Plitt

George Gregory Plitt, Jr. (November 3, 1977 – January 17, 2015) was an American fitness model, actor, and former Army Ranger. He starred in the Bravo television series Work Out.[2] He died at age 37 when he was struck by a train locomotive while filming a video.

    Studio Jenkins - Greg Plitt

Plitt was one of the fitness/physique models who propelled that genre into the mainstream of the broader bodybuilding world in the early 20-teens. When he appeared on the covers of several men's fitness magazines, he was stationed at an Army post 15 minutes from where I live. Although he may have worked out at one of the numerous chain private gyms in the area, I never lurked in the Army post's gym in hopes of seeing him. Maybe this was an error in judgment. RIP, Greg.

    Jim Weir

Jim Weir http://jimweir.tumblr.com/ http://www.facebook.com/jweir2116 =================== Vital statistics: Height: 6'0? Weight: 173lbs Hair: Brown Eyes: Green Waist: 31? Neck: 17? Chest: 42? =================== New AAG Model He was a skinny boy in high school, and is now an impressively ripped, up-and-coming fitness model. Jim Weir who comes from Dekalb, IL, is a college student looking to get his degree in occupational therapy. He enjoys working out and staying fit, and recently competed in his first bodybuilding show. However, he says bodybuilding is not really his passion and he prefers to stay on the leaner muscular side while pursuing opportunities in fitness and commercial modeling. In a comprehensive interview on AllAmericanGuys Jim explains his way and approach to fitness: "I definitely was not always a health buff. I was actually a skinny little boy in junior high. I believe I was a hundred pound skin and bones little shrimp in 7th grade. Also, my first job was at McDonald?s and I gained some unwanted weight after only two weeks of working there. Once I realized I was gaining weight, I ran three miles everyday until it was off. Then I got picked on a lot in high school, so my brother told me that I needed to start lifting for football so I could defend myself when I got picked on. My dad bought some weights and he started helping me lift in our basement. He measured my arms once every two weeks to see the progress! I didn?t take it seriously during my freshman year but then started getting really serious the year after and my strength and size skyrocketed. ================== Jim Weir is an up-and-coming male model from Dekalb, IL. He is currently finishing his Master?s in Clinical Exercise Psychology. The very first photographer who took Jim?s photos suggested that he post some of them on All American Guys and 48-hours later Jim was on his way to becoming an AAG model! All American Guys caught up with Jim to learn more about the model featured in the amazing images from photographer Michael Anthony Downs! AAG: Jim, tell us a few things about you. Anything. JIM: I was born in Orlando, Florida but I only lived there for a couple years, unfortunately, because my father got a job offer in Illinois. So we moved there to a very small farm town called Oregon. It?s where I lived most of my life. I went to school in Oregon until I graduated from high school and then moved to Dekalb, IL (another small town) for college. I am currently a senior here working towards a Master?s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I plan to go to grad school in the suburbs or possibly the city. I am a pretty chill guy and am up for anything really. I love to go out and have fun of course, try out new things, and just be spontaneous. I am also definitely committed to the world of fitness. It is one of my strongest passions?addictions! AAG: Have you always been a health buff? If so, how did you end up as one? JIM: Hahaha! Nope, I definitely was not always a health buff. AAG: Share with us your first time in the gym. How did it feel being surrounded by all the muscle guys and the big weights? JIM: Hmmm?my first time in an actual gym, well, I was nervous. I didn?t know how much other people were lifting. I was self-conscious about my body, but I had a couple close friends that I lifted with who helped me out and made me feel more secure. After that things got rolling and I realized I was stronger than most of the kids in the gym. AAG: Did you have people around you who inspired you to be active and stay fit? What were some of the things that kept you active and in shape? JIM: Yeah, I had my brother who was in great shape and I thought to myself that I want to be his size when I graduate high school. Plus I had football and wrestling at the beginning of high school and then pole vaulting and track the last two years of high school. Also, when I started getting serious about lifting, it became an addiction. I had to go to the gym?I just loved it. AAG: What were your initial goals when you started training? How did you accomplish them? JIM: At the beginning, I just wanted to be bigger and be able to protect myself and also be more secure about my body ? to simply look better. I believe I accomplished that to a certain point. My whole family was surprised and said I surpassed what they thought was possible with my size and especially my strength. More importantly, my brother couldn?t believe how big I was! However, I?m always trying to build a better body, I do think that I have a lot more room for improvement still. AAG: What can you advise someone who has never attempted to live a fit life but has the desire to begin a healthy lifestyle? JIM: I would suggest one of the biggest things is to clean up your diet. Make sure you are eating healthy food because that is so much of how your body looks. You have to eat healthy. Then just start going to the gym three days a week. Try out all the machines to see how they work for a few weeks. Then start getting a program of lifts put together. Do some research on simple ones and complex ones and mix it up. Be very careful with your form and when your body is getting used to it more. Then get to lifting and creating that dream body you have always wanted. But don?t strain yourself by lifting heavy at the beginning. Get your technique perfected first. ON MODELING AAG: How did you hear about All American Guys (AAG)? JIM: It was from my first photographer that took shots of me. He told me to put some of the photos on the site and see what would happen. After only two days I got a call from AAG on the way to my work! AAG: Have you tried modeling before AAG? If so, where? JIM: I have done a couple shoots with a few photographers and I did a book cover for a romance novel out this spring called While He Was Away. AAG: When did you take your first professional photos? And what did you think of them when they came out? JIM: I took my first photos with Alan Spiers, I believe about a year and a half ago. The photographer said they looked amazing and that brought my spirits up. Then I saw them and thought damn?I like these pics! Hahaha. AAG: Do you want to become a professional male fitness model? If yes, what steps are you taking to get there? JIM: I would love to become a big star model. I?m just blessed with what I have going on right now and I?m definitely along for the ride to see where this goes. And well I?m hoping that my being with AAG will get things rolling and I?ll get my face out there for more big things to com. AAG: Share with us your AAG experience. How was it working with Mike Downs and the crew? JIM: Being in Miami was definitely insane and I loved the experience. It was a whole new culture there. Working with Mike Downs was a very fun time. He has a spunky and chill attitude, which I like! He certainly gets you comfortable to work with. All the destinations of the shoot were diverse and pretty cool. I?m shooting with him again soon and I know it will be a great time all over again. AAG: A year from now, where will Jim Weir the male model be? JIM: I?m hoping to be traveling more for more modeling jobs, that?s for sure! Hahaha. I?ll still be in school so I?ll be in classes. I know that?s certain, but along with school, I?m hoping to make this [modeling] a good job as well. ========================== Jim, a warm welcome to Stunning Men and many thanks for taking the time to answer a few questions. Could we start off with talking a little about yourself and your background? You currently live in Dekalb, Illinois, but you were born in Florida, weren?t you? I was born in Orlando, Florida, I moved to Oregon, Illinois where I lived most of my life, went to school there until I graduated high school, then went to Dekalb, Illinois for college. You are majoring in exercise science then you will be doing a masters degree. What are you planning to do? I want to work as a rehab or exercise physiologist in a hospital or clinic. How did you start in fitness? Were you always into being healthy and active? Nah I used to eat whatever I wanted, and drank a lot of pop, but I needed to get in better shape, I used to be a skinny 100lb shrimp. You have a stunning physique. Beside the gym, do you practise any sports? Nothing really besides some backyard football, but I would love to try out more things. What is your best lift at the gym? I would have to say bench, I love my strength on bench. What?s your gym/training routine like? Monday - legs power day Tuesday - Upper body power day Wednesday - off day Thursday - legs hypertrophy Friday - chest and arms hypertrophy Saturday -back and shoulders hypertrophy Sunday - off day I just have a love for it, it?s my addiction, I use a pre workout to get myself even more psyched up for it, but it?s just the love. How do you fit bodybuilding and fitness into your life? Is it a difficult thing to achieve? It?s definitely difficult and takes a toll on your body and mind ... but it?s worth it in the end and it makes me happy, plus a lot of coffee (big laugh). How do you approach a challenge? In lifting it?s usually a 10 second thought process, I look at the weight I usually do and look at the new weight ... play eenie-meenie-miney-mo with my eyes and just say screw it, let?s do it (more laughter), I don?t want to regret not doing something in my life and later thinking ?what if I had tried that? so I?m always down to try something new, you only live once. What do you eat in a normal day? Chicken, turkey, some fish and beef. Brown rice, oatmeal, red and sweet potatoes. A lot of greens like spinach, broccoli and asparagus. Do you allow yourself a cheat day? If so, what is your guilty pleasure? Yeah about 1 - 2 days a week, I love pizza and chocolate (Jim laughs). How did you get into modelling? Is it something you always wanted to do? My aunt told me I should really try it out, and my first photographer thought I could definitely be a model. What do you enjoy the most about modelling? The travelling and new cities I get to experience, the people I meet and the cultures I experience. What advice would you give a new model? They won?t search you out, you have to put yourself out there and market yourself very well. What do you do in your down time? Mainly just chill with my buddies and party, I?m a huge nerd so I do like to play my video games and research and learn new topics in science, and I?m a huge movie guy. Do you have any role models? People who inspire you? Yes my brother, I love him to death and his philosophy in life, he also helped me get my mind incredibly strong, I also wanted to get my body like his, he says that I have surpassed him (big laugh). Also Greg Plitt, I want to possibly be somewhat as successful as him. Tell us about Tyler Durden ... are you a fan of this character? (Jim laughs) He is actually one of my favourite characters, I love his not giving a shit attitude and to just let go and live life, have fun. Now a few quick fun questions if we may? Do you think you are a good date? (More laughter) I would hope so, I?m a gentleman and I?m a fun guy to be around, I hate the awkward silent moments. Are you a brief man or a boxer kinda guy? Boxer briefs ... right in the middle What do you listen to on your iPod? Rock, dubstep, rap, Disturbed, mudvayne, breaking Benjamin, skrillex, Swedish house mafia, Eminem, JayZ, Kanye ... mainly todays hits What kind of movies do you like? Action like the dark knight, intelligent movies that really make you think and pay attention, and comedies. What three words describe you best? (After a laugh and an ?umm well?) ... fun, honest, risk taker. One last question Jim, where do you see yourself and what would you like to be doing in 10 years time? In my career, living close to the city, married, a big time model ... I hope. You certainly have what it takes! Jim, it has been a pleasure to interview you! Thank you for your time and for being a good sport. All the best for the future! Thank you no problem at all, have a great day!

    Trevor Michael

Photographer Joem Bayawa presents Trevor Michael Opalewski We are happy that photographer Joem Bayawa presents Trevor Michael Opalewski to all of us. Personal Trainer, represented by DAS Management Trevor comes in a stunning session by Joem Bayawa in Chicago. A total motivator for many guys around the world, Trevor shared all his fitness secrets on Instagram his principal tool to be connected with you. The good thing is that Joem and Trevor did a very good job together, they connected and in the frames we’re about to see, reflects it. “Don’t worry about anyone else’s voice or opinion. They aren’t paying your bills or helping you make your way so why give anyone not supporting you any of your energy!? Trust yourself and make it happen!” Feeling motivated by Trevor is so easily, well he makes him easily for us. But let’s see where Trevor was born and how does this model start his career. About Trevor I grew up in a smaller city of Metro Detroit (Saint Clair Shores) with both parents until about 3/4 years old. I don’t remember my father much, I just know what my mother went through raising me as a child. She practically gave her life up to make sure I was raised properly. Luckily she had 8 brothers and a sister so there was always family around. By 4th grade I started playing football, thank to my best friend Adam. Guy brought me into the light of working hard and never giving up. Both these individuals were huge inspirations and driving forces for the work ethic, personality, and character I have today. “What’s your motivation?? Mine is my upbringing, didn’t have a father figure and wasn’t born into riches.. Was working at 14 and never stopped. All I’ve ever known was hard work through good times and bad times… Won’t say I’m my own motivation but the life I had and struggles made me never want to see some of those days again.. Find your why and make it happen!!” Trevor and an enrichment Sports Life I’ve played sports since 4th grade and continued by adding track and swimming and diving in high school. Throughout these years I would read magazine after magazine of bodybuilding, nutrition, and exercising trying to learn as much as I could to be able to help others achieve their goals as my friend Adam helped me. Knew personal training was the right pathway for me so went to school for exercise science and became a certified trainer when I was 21 years old. While attending Saginaw Valley State University I learned about a guy named Greg Plitt. Known for his motivation/inspiration Greg was the top fitness model in the world and ranked top 100 best looking males. Having seen his videos and reading his blogs I was inspired to get into modeling but didn’t have a clue where to start. Not knowing about the business or who to contact I just focused on working my craft and building the best physique I could do one day I could showcase and inspire others as Greg has. It wasn’t until 5 years later when social media and Instagram started booming when I found out about other photographers in the surrounding areas and how to go about setting up a photo shoot. I had one photographer reach out to me and set up a photo shoot after seeing my post on social media and with a few months completed my first photo shoot. Needless to say the experience wasn’t what I expected and was kinda turned off on the subject. I spent the next two years focused on my career and one day this photographer who I was following (Joem Bayawa) reached out to me. At first I was like hell no lol, after what I went through the first time I didn’t want it happening again. At first I declined but still kept in mind. “The skin you’re in is the only one you’ll have, before you can love others you must first truly love yourself.” Joem and Trevor co-workers Wasn’t until December 2017 when Joem reached out again and we started talking few hours here, few hours there, and upon doing so I knew it was going to be a different experience. At this time I was going through hell, financially, physically, mentally, and socially just at my lowest. Joem kept saying just do it and come out to Chicago. I think at the time I might’ve had a couple hundred to my name if that- I said the heck with it and went. I ended up taking a bus out to Chicago and I’ll say it was worth every cent. Joem and myself started off a little shaky with me not having any experience since two-three years ago. After the rust was off we created many great shots. “Joem is the photographer you want in your corner, not only a great photographer but also a wonderful friend.” Haven’t met such a selfless character, he might care too much but it’s this attitude he brings in his passion.

    Mickey 01

Mickey is a young student and aspiring model originally from California. He is a very charismatic and romantic guy who loves the beach. Mickey is a sports enthusiast but academics are for him equally important. He was discovered by photographer Michael Anthony Downs last year and he has recently worked with one of our favourite photographers at Stunning Men, the talented Manuscript Photography, whose work we have featured several times. =============== Mickey, welcome to Stunning Men and a big thank you for taking the time to do the interview. Absolutely! It?s truly an honour to be considered for your blog! It?s totally our pleasure Mickey! Well ... could we start off with talking a little about yourself and your background? Ahh let?s see ... I was born in Santa Cruz, California and lived there until I was four, my family and I then moved across country to Rochester, New York. I then moved again when I was sixteen to upstate New York to attend a Prep School that specialised in hockey. Hockey and Lacrosse were the two main sports I played through high school and will be continuing on into college. Along with sports, academics are an important part of my aspirations for the future as I received a huge scholarship to college due to my high school GPA. I look forward to playing high level collegiate sports and continuing on into the Honors Program at my school in Boston. And how did you get into modelling? It was a unique and interesting way I must say. It began with my friend Janero who pointed me toward ModelMayhem. That is where Manuscript Photography found me and referred me to Michael Downs (both fantastic photographers). I?m very lucky to have caught Manuscript Photography?s eye and he really is the reason I was able to get into modelling. Mike has taught me the ropes of modelling and how to further push my success as a model. His work speaks for itself and the fact that he was interested in shooting me was a shock in itself. It has truly been an honour to work with such great photographers and I can only look forward to what the future will hold. What do you enjoy the most about it? I would have to say seeing the finished product and how amazing the shots turn out to be. But also searching for backdrops has become enticingly exciting (Mickey laughs). Last time I was driving to a new location I ended up heading the wrong way down a one way street ... Needless to say it was quite a ride! Let?s talk about photoshoots ... how do you prepare for them? I usually consume less food, keep a soft diet the day of a shoot, and also only sip a little bit of water so it doesn?t saturate my abdominal muscles. Minutes before the shoot I usually get a light workout in, just to have a small pump in my muscles. You have a great physique? Apart from playing hockey and Lacrosse, how do you keep in shape and healthy? Sports have always helped keep me in great shape and I have also had some amazing physical trainers to thank as well. I enjoy going to the gym whenever I get a chance as I am always looking to build muscle for both modelling and sports. Having a sweet tooth makes eating healthy difficult but I am working on it (Mickey laughs again). Since you mentioned the gym ... what are your top three favourite exercises and why? Squats (great leg work out and very important for my sports). Weighted sit ups (trying to start getting some real pop in my abs). Speed and agility circuits (this is to keep my sports coordination keen and helps burn calories). And what?s your best form of cardio? Ever tried ice skating? Ridiculous leg and glutes workout and the cardio is amazing; in the winter I like to go out on the lake or to the Olympic oval and skate miles. Now how do you keep motivated? I know that building muscle will not only help in modelling but excel my athletic ability. Collegiate sports are very competitive so it is important to stay motivated. How do you fit training and fitness into your life? Is it a difficult thing to achieve? Miraculously! (More laughter) I?m currently working for both Ralph Lauren and Hollister while modelling and trying to squeeze the gym in. During the school year it will be much easier as I will be in the gym for sports anyways. I have to say that you are a very good looking guy ... Thank You! ... what do you think is your best asset? Well in consideration of humility, I don?t really like speaking about myself, but I?ve been told I have ?bedroom eyes? so I think I will go with that! (Mickey laughs). I won?t argue with that! Now if you could change one thing about your body, what would that be? Height, height ... and some more height would be nice. How do you approach a challenge? Tenaciously, I love challenges, both physical and mental. I love building my brain as much as I do my body. Do you have any role models? People who inspire you? Of course! It?s important to look up to people or be inspired by them, it helps you strive for greatness. My parents really inspire me to follow my dreams. I also look up to a lot of athletes who are so talented and humble. Modelling-wise I would have to say Greg Plitt, just a sensational model and motivator and incredibly well spoken. What do you do in your down time? Sleep, that?s all I have time for now. But if I do get a free minute or hour or day I love going to the beach! Now a few quick fun questions if we may? Do you think you are a good date? I?d sure like to think so! (Mickey laughs) I?m a romantic and very charismatic so I love making people feel comfortable and laugh. What do you think is the secret to a good relationship? Trust, by both people, which seems increasingly difficult to find these days. Are you a brief man or a boxer kinda guy? Both, depends on the situation generally but it?s never bad to have options. What do you listen to on your iPod? Everything and anything; I love music. I have everything from rock to rap to pop to country to jazz. John Mayer is probably my favourite artist though. Your favourite song/piece of music to play while training/running? I like rock and heavy techno when I train. Current favourite would have to be Starry Eyed by Kap Slap. What kind of movies do you like? Pretty affluent on movies too as I like almost every genre; I?m a pretty big fan of Channing Tatum, I think he is a great actor and his work ethic is incredible. What can?t you live without? Watches, I love wearing watches, I truly believe they make every outfit! You wouldn?t know, but I?m very good at ... Racing, I love fast cars and pushing them to the limit. I also enjoy working on them, especially my 2011 wrx! I?m just not very good at ... Rocket science, tying a bow tie, and politics! (Mickey laughs) What?s the best thing ever invented? I mean the cell phone is really rather handy! (More laughter) What three words describe you best? Tenacious, loving and generous. One last question Mickey, where do you see yourself and what would you like to be doing in 10 years time? I would love to be the CEO or VP or a very successful business, maybe married with a nice family, and finally, driving along the coast of California in a Lexus LFA.

Actually I have just completed my second out of three years, and I'm not looking forward to leaving next year! Why is that? Basically because I know that the time I'm having now could very well be the best time of my life. I mean I have no worries at all. I'm living in a house with my best mates, I am able to attend the gym 6 days a week without sacrificing too much, I don't have to work, I don't have to worry about bills or if my next wage is going to be enough. I also have the opportunity to go to as many parties as I want when I want and apart from the academic work, studying Sport and Exercise Science is only going to improve my training and knowledge. Who can do all that and work 9 - 5 everyday? At only 20, you have a stunning physique. How do you keep in top shape and keep healthy? Do you do any sport? I used to do athletics (100m/200m) and rugby league before I came to university so I was always in decent shape and when I came to university I took up Rugby League again. It?s only this year that I have taken working out serious. I made the hard choice of retiring from the Uni team to concentrate on working out and hitting the gym up to 6 days a week. This along with a clean diet and good rest keeps me in top shape all year round. So, no going out with your mates and paint the town red? On occasions I will go out and have a good drink with the lads, but only if I haven't got anything planned within the next 6 - 8 weeks or so. As much as I love working out, I love a good session with the lads, however I will never let the typical student lifestyle take over my training. It would be stupid of me if I did. What?s your gym/training routine like? Now that I have finished Uni for the year, I have LOTS of time on my hands, so I have actually just changed my weekly routine this week to try to bring on the areas I think I'm lacking: Monday ? Chest, Biceps and Calves Tuesday ? Shoulders and Triceps Wednesday ? Legs Thursday ? Back Friday ? Biceps and Triceps Saturday ? Cardio, Abs and Calves Sunday - Rest How do you keep motivated? The thing that keeps me motivated is basically me not wanting to be an 'average Joe' as I call them. Just a regular guy like everybody else. I want to make something of myself and I know by lifting that extra 2kg or pushing that extra rep out each week, that it?s one more step closer to being that person. Also it?s the only thing I have ever really been good at (apart from athletics). When people ask me what talents I have and I have to say 'going the gym', as stupid as it sounds, but I can?t sing, I can?t dance (what so ever - laughs) so as it?s the only thing I'm good at I need to make the most of it. How do you fit bodybuilding and fitness into your life? Is it a difficult thing to achieve? Yeah it is pretty difficult, especially being a student. There are distractions left, right and centre. I could go to a party every night if I wanted to, so being dedicated and not giving in to the temptation is really hard, sometimes too hard (another laugh), not to mention the academic aspect of things. As much as I love working out I believe education has to come first so if I have to spend hours and hours in the library and miss a workout I will, but I will definitely make up for it when I don't have work! How do you approach a challenge? It doesn't matter what challenge it is, I will always give my 100% effort and no less. If I fail I'll try again and if I fail again I'll keep on trying until I'm happy with the outcome. What do you eat in a normal day? The downside of being a student is I have to budget when spending money on food but an average day would look something like this: Muesli and protein shake 5 egg omelette (1 yolk) and baked beans on toast Chicken and sweet potato Chicken and sweet potato or brown rice Tuna and beans mixed (sounds horrible but tastes great!) 5 egg omelette Cassein protein shake before bed Do you allow yourself a cheat day? If so, what is your guilty pleasure? My biggest guilty pleasure when having a cheat day has got to be melted chocolate! I could literally sit and eat the lot in one go, most likely feeling ill after it but I just love it! (Kieran laughs) You are fairly new to modelling but have already done a few shoots. How did you get into it? I actually got into it by helping out at a ladies night charity event back in Cumbria. Me and a couple of the guys from the local gym got asked to help out by being topless waiters for the evening, without picture going in the local paper. From there I was spotted by a photographer who then got in touch through Facebook and asked if I would like to do a shoot, being a little short on cash at the time I decided to go ahead and see what it was like. From there I got asked by another photographer if I would like to do a shoot and being in a little better shape by then I went ahead with that and it has just snowballed from there really. What do you enjoy the most about modelling? The thing I enjoy the most is that it gives me something to aim for. When I have a planned shoot I really up the intensity with my training and my dedication rises a lot too, making a lot easier to say no to those parties. Once the shoot is over and the pictures come back, the feeling you get seeing the end result gives you a sense of pride and satisfaction that all your hard work has paid off. What advice would you give a new model? Seems weird me giving my advice as I'm still a noob myself (Kieran laughs again)! You're not a total newbie and your experience is valuable and could help complete beginners avoid making important mistakes ... Well ... to anyone just starting I would firstly tell them to be careful. When first starting out, it?s like a clean canvas, if you mess it up, you've messed it up and it?s hard to change. What I'm trying to say is that you have to be careful who you shoot with and what you shoot, don't just jump in at the first offer of a shoot and do whatever they tell you, because once you do a shoot the pictures are there for life. The second thing I would tell them is to stick in and carry on, even when things look like they are not going anywhere. All it takes is for the right person to like your look and doors will start opening. Lastly, I would say don't get big headed. Personally, I think a lot of models get a few shoots done and a little portfolio together and they think they?re the big time, it?s not a good look and photographers hate big heads! What do you do in your down time? In my down time, I like to live the life of a normal student, going out and getting pissed (more laughs) I think having a social life is definitely needed as too much of one thing is no good to anyone, also being only 20 and in my second year out of three I don't want to miss too much of the Uni lifestyle while I've got it. Do you have any role models? People who inspire you? My role models are people such as Greg Plitt and Rob Riches, mainly because these two are both natural and do a lot to help other people, like myself, to improve themselves and create a better lifestyle. Even though he is only a character, I get a lot of inspiration from the 'Rocky' films. I just love the whole underdog story and as I see myself as a slight underdog, by making something of myself it would be all the more of an achievement. Now a few quick fun questions if you are game? Do you think you are a good date? I was going to say 'pffft yeahh!' (Kieran laughs) but people say I'm a big head as it is (even though I'm actually not) but yeah I would hope so. I would pay for whatever we were doing, and I would make sure the girl had a good laugh, so can?t see why I wouldn't be. What do you listen to on your iPod? I maybe shouldn't say this, but I'm actually a fan of one direction, I think their music is really catchy and although people call me for it their feet are always tapping when their songs come on (more laughs) apart from that I like dance music and things with a good beat behind it such as RnB and house music. What three words describe you best? Laidback, outgoing, determined. One last question Kieran, where do you see yourself and what would you like to be doing in 10 years time? Hopefully by then I will have a number of sponsorships, been on several top fitness magazines, maybe own my own gym, helping others who are in my place now, travelled the world and be living in either America or Australia or somewhere hot! Kieran, it was great to do this interview with you! Thank you for your time and for being a good sport. All the best for the future! Thank you for my first interview, it has been fun!
