oh, this day had content. first time in a long time, I blew off Perry Mason in favour of reading the paper. then left out for a haircut, which did not work out, as I had to pick my hag up at the detail shop. she then insisted on treating me to lunch, to which I acceded with the proper amount of denial. had a nice lunch, though if I really thought she meant to pay, I would have had a piece of pie 🐷 after taking her home, I got my hair cut, so I am ready to meet the rat pack tomorrow, not looking like a down-and-outer.

ah, where did this day go? what a day! I went to what was billed as a political meeting, expecting a party political. instead various institutions got up and asked for more money from the legislature. no wonder it is so hard 🙂 to win elections! my rant for the day!! as to today's selections, I believe Ash Marquez should have a representation of his buns in the Guinness book of records. what as, well I will leave that up to you. a warm welcome on a chilly and windy day in Florida. they allege warm weather will come back some day. in the mean time welcome to our newest clubmembers.

an exciting day! I went to the University of South Florida, and I have to tell you, a more mixed-up confusing campus I have never seen. after 45 minutes of driving in circles, I stumbled upon my destination. interestingly, the valet parker does not give a ticket, rather demands a phone number, which one recites upon leaving. okay. also, there is a big sign saying that valet parking costs $3, only when I enquired about paying, they said there was no charge because I had a disabled sticker. okay. upon leaving, I learned that I could have driven down a boulevard, turned right, turned left and would be there. cheering news for the next trip!

Part II, I went to the Village Inn for lunch, and one hears in the news about staffing problems . . . I arrived at 2:50 pm, seeing a sign that they close at 3 pm. except that it means they are closed now, so I got a piece of pie Togo, which I will enjoy shortly. in the mean time, my collection: Steve Marks must be chosen as my favourite - he showed Ryan Idol a good time draped over an old fordson, to which I say, ain't country life grand? it is my hope that you all will enjoy my selections and will join me in welcoming our newest clubmembers!

dunno where the day went! Wednesday is lunch with the rat pack, and we were so happy to welcome a couple of refugees from Minnesota. went to the library, and I guess I spent the afternoon circling the drain. I guess there are not as many episodes of Adam-12 as there are of Perry Mason. regardless, I enjoy my fantasies of manhandling Jim and Pete, and their manhandling each other 🙂 I don't have strong feelings about any of today's models, so I will leave it to reader's choice. and, as always, I welcome our newest clubmembers!

lessee - what happened today? Tuesday is garbage day, which is always exciting, and I went up to the food bank and got groceries for a lady who feeds homeless people. beyond that, oh I put up a decorative wreath to replace my holiday wreath, and I worked on my collection, as always. today's feature must be Andy Mantegna, a beautiful child who died much too young, to my distress. he will be sadly missed.
