some are paying staff some are volunteers all too often it is the staff least capable of submitting items by a deadline but that is primarily the fault of one individual who wants to make him completely indispensable has said to some that anybody who has made themselves completely and totally indispensable actually IS the MOST indispensable

an organization that volunteers to help them with their communications - chiefly their website and their email - had their annual staff over haul in reading reports that were not yet available to until today - and it is Sunday! why would you make stuff like this available on a Sunday? - there were already a bunch of staff changes over a month ago and nobody cared to inform which means these new folks do not have email and nobody seemed interest in mentioning that? let them have it today told them that should not have to remind them to send stuff like that to because as put it "IT'S YOUR JOB!" can still see the blank looks on their faces "oh yeah...'bout that. ummm. will send it t'night" it is now 11:50 PM ya think someone gonna suddenly send it in the new 10 minutes?

Is everyone a volunteer at the organization? Or are these professional staffers? One would think the HR manager (or at least the managers over the new hires) would want to ensure the new hires are provided with all the proper resources and tools. Maybe a suggestion for a new hire checklist to ensure that nothing is missed would be helpful. That, or you can blip 'em all off and ride into the sunset on your pony LOL

Hi Wes. First, congratulations on your renewed commitment to health and fitness! I wish you all the success in the world. Second, I have a question about your regimen. You wrote: "Every time i tried talking a walk that was longer than 5 minutes, and i was out of breath trying to do any activity as simple as putting the garbage out.... I am doing so much better now. i can breath normally again, i can walk to my hearts content with no pain, and i can go to the gym and weight train 6 days a week." I recall from comments in another forum that you don't particularly care for aerobic exercise. Do you think that surgery alone is the reason you breathe easier these days, or the weight loss, or that fact that you're more active than you used to be, even if you haven't made a commitment to aerobics, or what? The reason I ask is that I have a good friend who's more than a few pounds overweight (like 50) and gets winded very easily. (He can't walk two blocks without having to pause and catch his breath.) He thinks he just needs to lose a little weight and he will be fine, but I'm wondering if it might be more serious than that. P.S. Remember, paragraphs are your friend, lol.
