Hmmmm. Never read anywhere that he said he was bi.... 

He appeared on American Ninja Warrior back a couple of years ago, and I have researched him extensively over the years since he appeared in the Olympics but never saw anywhere that he said he was bi....   

I may be wrong, but chances are it was probably some ones over active imagination lol

Gymnast Dannell Leyva announced his coming out on Twitter in 2020, and it was widely reported in the media. Leyva even commented that he didn't expect the story to blow up as big as it did. I mentioned his sexuality in my comment because role models and representation matter--and because it's an extra delight to find that someone you idolize is on your side.
