so they finally hired someone

who sends over 100 emails a day to

(not an exaggeration)

and - behind 's back - tells everyone to send stuff to him for review prior to

thusly making it literally impossible for to meet deadlines

this isn't helpful

this isn't communications

 

if something has to go out by midnight

and sending an email at 11:00

"I'll be sending something later"

and it comes AFTER midnight....

how does this help?
